So, healthy large twins can be born at term. This is not the first time, not the last.
The main challenge here I believe is that allot of people simply don't understand what is in their food and what is required to maintain health. Carrying twins requires more vigilance as there are greater stresses on the body. I saw a t.v. segment on a mother carrying 5 babies. They were born very premature but she was extremely overweight. She was constantly eating and as the video showed she was constantly eating junk, ironically provided by the hospital. Why didn't they give her dark green leafy vegetables constantly instead of pudding? Why didn't they give her goji berries instead of fruit cocktail? Why not whole grains instead of super-processed washed out cereals?
The answer . . . they honestly don't think it matters. The results speak for themselves.
The best bet for a healthy pregnancy is a healthy diet and lifestyle.

FDA warns mothers about nipple cream
